Copernic Desktop Search To be able to find the different versions of your files easily, use the Copernic Desktop Search tool as your search engine. During the installation process, it indexes your personal files, emails and links and is added to the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.



Now, to search for a file, simply enter the flame of the document and similar files will be listed. you can then sort the list using the 'Date' field.
