Thread: Set Media Size Manually

Optical disc burning software generally detects the media inserted in the drive and determines the amount of data that can go on it, but you won't get accurate information if you're piling up for a future burn with no disc in the drive.



To tell the software the type and capacity of the media, right-click on the bar for data being burnt and click Select media size. Choose the type of the media you'll be using. The changes will be seen immediately in the main program as well as in the drop box.
