Advanced Vista Optimizer takes a wizard like approach to system cleanup and optimization, clearly walking you through each step. It also includes a nice single-click care feature that scans your system for problems and speedups, and then does them all for you automatically.

There are some components which need to be refined further for a smoother experience like the disk defragger which is not the fastest and the design needs to be more intuitive like a progress bar for the defragger and some other areas. Even though it also does a good job and is the cheapest among the compared programs, it still need to be more intuitive and more features need to be included to compete with the top three products.
