STEP 1
DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL
1.Select an appropriate language from the dropdown list and click 'OK'.
2.Click the 'I Agree' button.
3.Select or deselect appropriate components from the list.
4.Browse for an appropriate location to install the application.
5.Click 'Install' and then 'Finish'.
STEP 2
USING GOOD SYNC PRO
1.From the 'Job' menu, select 'New'.
2.Enter an appropriate job name.
3.Click the 'Synchronize' radio button and click 'OK'.
4.Click 'Browse' on the left hand side and select an appropriate folder.
5.Click 'Browse' on the right side of the interface and select the destination folder.
6.To start synchronizing the folders, click the 'Analyze button'.
7.Once folders are analyzed, click the 'Sync' button.
8.Run Good Sync pro.
9.Select the source and destination folders appropriately.
10.Now, from the 'Job' menu, select 'Options'.
11.From the 'Sync direction' drop-down, select the '1-way sync' option.
12.To save previous version of files, select the 'Save previous versions of deleted/replaced files' checkbox.
13.From the 'Job' menu, select 'Options'.
14.Select all checkboxes under the 'Auto' section as shown.
15.Make sure the 'Use Job tags to ensure that the same folder is synced' check box is selected.
16.To send the sync results to an email id, enter an e-mail address in the text box as shown.
17.To schedule a task, click the 'Configure' button in the '[Sync) options' dialog box.
18.Click the 'Schedule' tab.
19.Click 'New'.
20.Select appropriate options from the 'Schedule task' and 'Start time' drop-down lists respectively.
21.For advanced schedule settings, click the 'Settings'tab.
22.To start the task only if your system is idle, select the 'Only start task if computer has been idle for' check box and enter appropriate integers in the boxes as required.
23.If you're using a laptop, select the 'Stop task if battery mode begins' check box to preserve battery power if required.
