BOOKLETS provide with a very handy and comfortable way to get critical details across to your clients. Booklets are used mainly to convey technical or detailed information. You can create simple booklets using MS Word very quickly and with relative ease. If you are using MS Word 2003, carry out the following steps:

~ Open a new document.

~ Go to the 'File I Page Setup' menu command.

~ Select the 'Margins' tab in the 'Page Setup' dialog box.

~ Select the 'Book fold' option from the 'Multiple pages:' drop down menu that appears under the 'Pages' section of the dialog box.

~ Set the margin values as required and click 'OK' to save the changes. ~ Enter the required data and proceed to print the document.

If you are using MS Word 2007, carry out the following steps:

~ Open a new document.

~ Go to the 'Page Layout' tab.

~ Click on the small arrow appearing near the 'Page Setup' group of the tab.

~ Click the 'Margins' tab in the 'PageSetup' dialog box.

~ Select the 'Book fold' option from the 'Multiple pages:' drop down menu that appears under the 'Pages' section of the dialog box.

~ Set the margin values as required and click 'OK' to save the changes.

~ Enter the required data and proceed to print the document.
