IF you print a lot of reports with specific pre-defined settings in mind, it can be quite tedious to (hange them especially if it involves too many changes. What you can do instead is, create preset values to make your bulk printing a faster process that too with relative ease. To do so, carry out the following steps:
~ Open the document to be printed.
~ Click the 'Office Button' and click the 'Print' option from the drop-down list.
~ Select the required printer under the 'Printer' section of the 'Print' dialog box.
~ Click the 'Properties' button on the dialog box.
~ Go through all the tabs, and once done, click the 'Save As' or 'Save' button whichever is available. ~Provide a name to save your setting.
Hence forth you can directly select the settings that you saved.
If you further need to change the Word printing options, carry out the following steps:
~ If you are on the 'Print' dialog box, click the 'Options' button to invoke the 'Word Options' dialog box.
~ Otherwise, click the 'Office Button' and click the 'Word Options' button at the foot of the drop-down list.
~ Click the 'Display' option from the left-side panel of the dialog box.
~ Check / uncheck the desired options from the 'Printing options' section of the dialog box and proceed to print the document.
