IF you are printing a small range of data, or if the rows do not fill the page completely, the printed document tends to look shabby with all the details stuck at the top of the page. You can tile the printed data to be placed centrally on the page before printing it. To do so, carry out the steps in MS Excel 2007 as mentioned below:
~ Select the range of cells to be printed.
~ Go to the 'Page Layout' tab.
~ Click on the small arrow appearing near the 'Page Setup: group of the tab.
~ Click the 'Margins' tab in the 'Page Setup' dialog box.
~ To set the data aligned centrally along the length of the page, click the 'Vertical' option appearing under the 'Center on page' section of the dialog box.
~ To set the data aligned centrally along the width of the page, click the 'Horizontal' option appearing under the 'Center on page' section of the dialog box.
~ To set the data aligned centrally along the entire page, click both the
'Vertical' and 'Horizontal' options appearing under the 'Center on page' section of the dialog box.
~ Click 'OK' to proceed with printing the file.
If you are using MSExcel 2003 instead, you can carry out the followings steps: ~ Select the range of cells to be printed.
