If you do not want to click double down arrows to see all options in menu items in Office application there is a method to turn it off. Microsoft has this aspect so only most generally utilized menu items show to create it “easier” to get what you want. After modifying these settings when you tick on a menu item like File, you get all options.
Go to Tools and choose Customize in any Office program for modification. A Customize dialog box appears.

Click on Options tab. Below Personalized Menus and Toolbars sector check the box that shows Always show full menus. Then tick on Close.
