Outlook and many other e-mail clients have a facet that permits you to send an e-mail to many recipients at similar time by using a distribution list. This method when you send an e-mail you just put distribution list name in To: box.
To form a distribution list in Outlook go to File, then New and choose Distribution List. You get window like the following.
Then tick on Select Members button to show address book and insert names to distribution list. You can include addresses that are not in address book by clicking Add New button and typing them in by yourself.
When you are completed, tick on Save and Close to save list. Give list a unique name when saving it. Then when you want to send an e-mail to distribution list you will click on the To: button in e-mail and choose recently formed list from list of addresses.
If you want to edit distribution list afterward to include or delete addresses you just go to contacts folder and double tick distribution list. Then it will show similar box as shown above and you can do modifications.
