Interface Not Registered Message When You Try to Send or Save an E-mail to the Drafts Folder in Outlook 2002.

In situation where you are using Microsoft Word as e-mail editor in Outlook 2002 and get the Interface not registered message. You also experience a place where e-mail is not sent or it is not saved in draft folder. This performance happens if Ole32.dll file that is placed in Windows\System32 folder is not registered properly in registry.
