You seen that when text is pasted into Word document from other documents or web pages it leans to take formatting with it. Then you must go back and modify new pasted text to match formatting of document.

To avoid this irritation go to Edit menu and choose Paste Special. Then choose Unformatted Text. What this will do is affect the formatting of your current text in document to text that you are pasting
