If somebody email on a daily basis you can make a shortcut that will open a new e-mail to that person when click it. You can then include this shortcut icon to desktop, quick start bar or any other place you like.

Initially what you want to do is right tick on desktop and selects New and then Shortcut. In dialog box type in mailto: followed by e-mail address of person you would like to make the shortcut for.

Then tick on Next and name your new shortcut. Then tick finish. From here you can move or copy shortcut icon where you want. When you double click it, it will mention a new e-mail message with that person’s e-mail address filled in.
