Thread: Need permission to remove folders from Microsoft.

2 folders which i loaded down from Microsoft i cannot remove i need permission i cannot find where from Microsoft to get permission these folders are on my USB hard drive folders are

If possible copy your data you want to keep from that drive to your PCharddriveand right click the icon in the my computer and choose format then put your stuff back on. When you get things like service pack 3 or other major updates Microsoft makes a backup that is a protected file. When you are not using the USB drive unplug it or turn it off when updating or Microsoft is going to use it again if it has sufficient space.
