From last few days I am trying to open a DLL file. First I tried to double-click on the DDL file; at that time it asked me to choose the default program with which I require to open the file. Then, I tried to use program to open it. But, message comes: Cannot open this program. So, I want to know whichprogram I should use to open a DLL file. Is there any method I can edit it? My OS is Windows 7.
