NO it’s not possible; I think you can use Ms-word to get this. You can do it by installing WinZip or WinRAR. Add that text file to the zip folder or rar folder and put a password on the zip file, and after that open it and access the text file, you will require to enter the password. When you change text from your text file and close it, your zip file also by default updated. You can check it; it will resolve your problem.
Use the pkzip.exe program. ZIP permits a password to be place when compressing a file. You can ZIP the text file using a password.
