How to Put a Password on important my Documents????
my imp document is saved on my HD i want to keep it personal....

folllow the given steps to protect your documents...

1. Save your document in order to not lose your information.
2. Click on Tools>>Options>>>Security. From this screen you get the option of creating a password required to open the document or to change the document.
3. Type your password and click "OK." Another box with appear to confirm your password. Retype the password.
4. Now you will be asked to enter your password every time when you open the document. After that no one will see your document unless you want them too.
