Using a Virtual Printer

1. Download and install a File to PDF Printer software. This program creates a virtual printer on your PC that prints to a PDF file.
2. Open the document you would like to print>> go to "File," >> "Print" to open up the print dialog box.
3. choose the PDF printer you installed from the Printer Selection screen at the top of the box, after that press "OK" to print the file and open a save dialog.
4. Save the file, then click "OK".
Using a Print to PDF function

  1. Click the "Microsoft Office Button" to open the file menu.
  2. Click "Save As" tab to bring up the choices for saving the file.
  3. Name the file and choose the location of the file in the dialog that appears. Ensure that "PDF" is selected in the "Save as type" dialog. After that click on the "Publish" option.
