AShampoo's PhotoCommander is a comprehensive management tool for digital media such as photos, videos and music. Hobbyists such as photographers and music buffs can playback content and even edit and share photos. Although the ease of use isn't the strongest point, once you start exploring the features, it's a good tool to have. This program works with most standard formats such as JPG, GIF, TIF and so on.

Performance-wise, it is fast and opens even a 20 MB file without much delay. Its highlighting features include the panorama function and creating web albums. The downside though is that serious photographers who have gazillions of photos to store will miss features like tagging and adding keywords to photos. Overall, it's a good program, but not one of the best.
