I scanned my computer using Kaspersky Antivirus 2008 and found a virus in the system memory. It was not disinfected Immediately, but instead, Kaspersky required the "Neutralize" option to be performed. And then it asked to restart the computer. I restarted my PC, scanned it with the antivirus but once again found the virus and had to use the neutralize option. After two days I received a message while booting my PC. It appears just after the screen showing the name of the motherboard and other hardware components appears. The screen displays 'Press DEL to run Setup, Press F8 for BBG POPUP, PC2-4300 Single Channel Mode, Checking NVRAM .... Initialising USB Controllers ... Done. 1016 MB OK' and so on. Finally at the end of the same page, the screen reads '3rd Master Hard Disk: S.M.A.R.T. Status BAD, Backup and Replace. Press F1 to Resume'. Now every time I restart my PC, I have to press the F1 key. Please suggest a solution.
