Aptly named, the PhotoRazer is a tiny and free application mainly intended for resizing large photos. So if you click photos with your SLR or digital camera for your blog, you can resize multiple images at one go. That's right, this program is great for batch-resizing, just select the folder containing the pictures, mark the images from the interface and click 'Resize photos now'. The resized photos get saved in a subfolder. So, if you have a photography blog or if you regularly exchange photos online, this application can be very handy. The supported file formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF and BMP. Use the slide bars to adjust the size and quality, know the file size beforehand and preview the result too. Other trivial features include turning photos into black and white, and rotating them into different angles. Overall, it's quite a useful application.

VERDICT: Great tool for batch resizing of images for the web and for email.

FOR: Extremely small in size and very useful.

AGAINST: None.
