The most useful addition to Power Point is the ability to broadcast a presentation online. Others can view it on their web browsers without having Power Point installed. There's a set of basic video editing tools built directly into PowerPoint 2010. You can now embed videos directly from online video-sharing sites such as You Tube. Although you can apply video styles to an online vide, reflections, crops and rotations don't work.

You can now merge two presentations. Power Point 2010 is also a lot better at recovering unsaved files now, and you can recover previous versions of your current document and record your presentations as videos, a feature which was missing in both Office 2003 and Office 2007 and was continuously in demand.
