Thread: Blank Screen in Teamviewer 5

Hi. I install Teamviewer 5 in my computer. When I try to connect to my team member all I see is a black screen. What is the issue behind this? If anybody how to solve this problem please let me know that. Thanks in advanced.

Run the TeamViewer on your and your partner's system. When you run TeamViewer for the first time it will give you with randomly generated automatic partner IDs. Now to setup the connection enter your partner's ID into TeamViewer. This is the fundamental procedure. Incase this is not happening then make sure the partner ID generated.
