Thread: Problem in installation of Nero

There is problem in my Nero 9 application when I try to install it on PC it shows an error as "Application has failed to start as its side by side configuration is incorrect". So please provide me some suggestions to solve this problem as soon as possible.

I think you must uninstall existing version of Nero 9 from PC. Use Nero clean tool, this tool delete every file relate with Nero. Then reinstall application on PC. This will solve your problem.

May be your PC doesn’t have proper C++ package installed. As system doesn’t have C++ package and due to this it is showing error. So get it installed on your PC.
