There could be several reasons why you are unable to log in using your Skype 10.
Ensure that the password you are typing is correct, If you've forgotten your password, then click on "Forgot your password"on the Skype website.
You might be having trouble logging in if you are using an older version
of Skype. Visit the Skype home page (www,skype,cornl to download the latest version.
Another possibility is that you could be behind a proxy server. Check your proxy settings in Internet Explorer. To do this, select "Tools I Internet Options". Now click on the "Connections" tab and then on the "LAN settings" button.
Ensure that the Windows firewall or your antivirus program is not blocking Skype from accessing the Internet.

Here, ensure that Skype is using ports 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections.
