Default Unable to open folders in the similar window

I can't open folders in the similar windows although all settings in Folder options are set in order to open folders in the similar window. I tried a lot of solutions searching in Internet. Can you some help in this problem.

If you lately installed a new program and are now looking this one first suggestion would be using the system restore feature if you have any restore points available that were make before seeing this problem. There's no MS hot fix for this problem available for download since this is a registry problem. The system restore brings the registry back before the problem is first seen

If you have an external drive even a large enough usb flash drive the Windows simple to Transfer tool can be used for backing up your personal data provided there's a recovery partition found on the laptops . That would permit creating a set of recovery disk images in order to create a usb installation key for repair or total reinstall of Windows again

I mixed registry file use shared. unluckily it doesn't fixed the problem.
To be accurate, merging operation failed for some keys 'cause they were in use.
I understand the best solution is to reinstall windows mainly in order to rebuild registry.

You may have to take ownership of the WE main regitry key first and then try mixing the registry export to see if that right this for you. When coming at the Windows Explorer main key you right click on that to bring the properties screen and open the security tab.

one time you have that open you look down on the next screen for the advanced button to open up the next and then open the "owner" tab where you just click on the current user name account shown there along with the system admin. That plus increasing the permits to total control is the idea for this where once you have taken ownership you continue to merge the reg file.
