Default Must affirm A (ANSI) versions of Win32 APIs.

Where there exists an 'A' and a 'W' strain of a Win32 API usefulness, can it be usurped as secured that all redbrick versions of Windows funding the 'W' version? There are few cases where it is slightly messy to try and validation the 'A' var. as a retreat, and I am wondering if this is strictly needful?

Thanks...As far as I screw all new versions of Windows (i.e. XP, Vista, 7) sustenance the "W" type.

Considering that Windows 9x marketplace share as of last period is fewer than 1% globally, I cogitate it's innocuous to change out the A functions. I stopped doing the IsFunctionAvailable two-step several moment ago.

    Thanks Friends...
