Forget it! some are non-existent. I cannot consider the times I've tested to contact them, and met only quiet. They will not reply to the hints and petitions, and the software is recognized to utilize all ounce of your CPU, and later closing to the point that the only clear way is to restart the machine.

Hello Friends,I entirely agree with everyone, Cucusoft is a piece of nonsense! I exhausted £30 on the software after testing the test version (it operated fine) and determined the entirely edition did not operate no subject what I did! I tested to contact them 10 times and they just responded my former email as I controlled a refund. I was then palmed off among resetting it etc. and tells to sent them data etc on the trouble. I then responds with an very bothered electronic mail moaning about their service and be abruptly of assist etc. I hope data assist you to recognize about Cucusoft.

Thanks You,Could not agree addition, not only is the customer support non - actual there program does not still operate for me, It crack down with the fault content AVI to Mpeg has stopped operating.Even if Cucusoft AVI to DVD is operating right it is an outmoded and totaly pathetic converter. It cracks DVD's into 3 separate divisions which means there is three skips in your DVD, and you cannot edit it out! You cannot lay a menu in or crack a DVD into part, it has no skin grain – it is a portion of junk.
