At times, you need to display just the unread messages because we all tend to mark important messages as unread even after reading it so that we can attend to them later. Most of the time we get lost in the sea of read mails.

1. By default, the View Items isn't on the toolbar by default, you need to get it on the toolbar.



2.Go to View>Toolbars>Customise.

3.From the customize page, drag and drop View: drop down menu on to the toolbar.

4. From the drop down, select unread to display all unread messages in your inbox.
