Default Java 6 download broke down.

I use an older version of java on my Dell laptop, so I thought to update my java-version to the latest version, ie java sixth But every time I tried to make days I used to get an error message, and therefore I was not able to update. I tried to do this update several times but each time I used to get the same error and was unable to update, so I thought to post this problem here, I hope to get a solution to this. Is the problem with you? Please help!

Hi I would definitely like to assist you with your troubles, but for me to ask you few queries, ie what fault content you get when you test to update your edition of Java? Are you obtaining the fault content when you try to update your edition of Java? Or is the unlike fault content every time when you try to update? As another friend of mine had a same trouble and used to have unlike fault message, different each time he tried to update. Please answer me by what I can help you.

I guess you haven't read the observe of Java apps, he says to withdraw the former edition of Java. What set up the new edition of Java java6 require to withdraw the former edition, which is set up on your Dell laptop. As an old edition of a laptop machine utilized to give the last edition can be set up. So this could be the cause why you can not set up the new version of Java, so I ask you to remove the old version and then try to install the latest version of this help.

Hi I'm even having a similar problem with my Java update. I tried to update my version of Java to the latest version but when I tried to install the latest version I received a message that says "no compression of the downloaded file," including fire shield w / off and reboot? So I tried turning off my firewall and tried to install java again, but has the same message. I even tried restarting the computer, but even that did not work on several occasions.

I guess you did not remove Java file properly since of which you are prompted to remove the former edition of Java. You must remove the file "Windows Add or Remove Programs", where you can determine on the Control Panel applet. And if you yet can not remove the file you will require to set up a software called Revo Uninstaller. Revo Uninstaller assist you remove the old edition of Java on your laptop. Uninstall it and this time you will be challenging to install the latest version of Java. Good luck.
