If you can do without the customizations faster: Move the contents of the Outlook folder is C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Outlook. Note that AppData is a hidden folder. To display, click the Organize menu, the "User Name" and the option to record / search / View tab and select "Show files, hidden folders and drives." Let me back later, hope it helps. Skype is already in the solution of proposed site. Company representatives explained that the problem will be solved by removing the software component - shared.xml file, the location described in the online service - which is in the application data.

All your data are stored in an Outlook PST files or. You can search your hard drive. This may be your PST is corrupt. In this case, you can try scanning your PST file with the tool located in your Program Files folder and is called Scanpst. You should also start Outlook in safe mode. If this does not work, it is possible that your profile is corrupt. Just create a new one. But Skype I have no idea about it. Perhaps there is a problem of compatibility between the OS and Skype.

This error is due to the record of identity data in Windows XP has been weakened or damaged. It usually happens if the data registry is corrupted due to power failure or improper closure of Windows XP. You can get these error messages even if you have enough memory and disk space. Easy to remove and reinstall Outlook Express will solve the problem. The same is also Skype.
