Thread: Erroneousness 0X8004210B in Outlook 2003.

I am obtain this trouble. I had Outlook Express and it operated fine till about 3 weeks ago when I begin to have trouble sending e-mails to anybody outside of my ISP server (i.e. somebody minus net as an e-mail)


I talked to Cox and they stated that entire my settings appeared nice (pop3 also SMTP) and my other settings were right as also. I erased my a/c and make a latest one but yet had the similar matter. I though that it may be that Outlook express was spoilt. . .So I set up Outlook 2003 and yet can not send e-mails outside of the cox network.Can any one assist me.

I guess you would set up Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 2.this will repair it. This will assist you to defeat your trouble.
