Thread: WordPress - Information / Announcement Box on Home

Hello,maybe someone can help me here.I am looking for a WordPress plugin that allows me to the home page at the top, above the first article, an information box to place. Ideally, to manage from the backend and comfortable with the function randomly display different texts. I have a better understanding once crafted a quality photo . Because someone knows something appropriate? I've been here the place, but it works in the latest WP version does not, unfortunately, not even just that is sooo what I seek, but close.

I do not think this helps me. This feature Wordpress has become "out of house" on it, so to attach certain items above. However, the approach, a separate CSS for a specific item to define but perhaps an idea. You could try to create an article at the top and attach it to define your own CSS. I do not mind now ausm whether and how to do it, but the more times I watch. Thanks for the suggestion anyway before.
