Either due to incorrect settings in the registry (by happy tuning tools and Cleanerprogramme causes) or because of IconCache was somehow damaged and must be recreated. In both cases Google guides on repair.

Have something again and again. Have been no idea why. Tuning tools or regcleaner and so I do not use a scratch - but it happens all the time. You can help you by clicking on the properties zuordnest new symbol then the spook is for this verküpfung over and does not come anymore.

    I am in C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Local iconcache.db no
(All system files are visible) Or was possibly one of the deletion experiments which I tried out successfully and the cache must first be re-created? (By rebooting or re-register) .
