App Samsung Kies software problem

Hi, I have a strange problem with Samsung software, specifically Samsung Kies used to manage from PC smartphones that mark, it turns out that I install the latest version of its website down, my user is administrator, install and such, but when I run it, does not open, i look at Task Manager and in the processes tab there actually is, but as I say does not work. The funny thing is that if I created another user account without administrator rights on the same PC, the damn program does not open, i have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and Avast Free Antivirus, Microsoft firewall, and Windows Defender, does anyone opens my light on it?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling i update every time I say it and I have not had any problems in W7 I've made that step a few times, nothing wrong with my regular user.

Have you tried once uninstalled, To clean the system by hand from the waste left Kies hidden folders in the system, into your documents and program files, for example: C: \ Users \ Burt \ AppData, Local and Roaming folders. Your documents and program files, the latter with the samsung folder inside, after CCleaner to record Come on in, reboot and try installing it in administrator mode within your username see if you're lucky. With nice people who are ashamed samsung smartphone the, in my view, that free soft pathetic to manage kies I have it in one big partition on the laptop with XP and I also do / did the same to you well I have to say 2 months ago thing that I boot windows and do it, just do it for that have looked like the samsung with "wonder.

Nothing, I've done all that too and does not work, is that the thing has balls that I work with a user and another not bart0n, I have also installed W7 on a netbook with Starter and it works, thank you Greetings.

That I totally agree with you barton, i have not yet had any problems with Kies, or the AMD or the Acer with XP, logically I have not tried on another PC that I need and by having it in two that if the program leaves much to be desired.

Sorry I can not help more in that direction with your problem kies, the strange thing is that you work on a profile and not in another, do not know if windows is a problem with this program or sincerely has created Kies to windows, if you find the solution, post it in case one happens to us as well over time.
