I receive a daily e-mail letter from my cousin in America. The other day I was trying to delete all the junk mail in the inbox and unfortunately blocked his address as well. Is there any way to reverse this? I am using Outlook Express.

Start Outlook Express, Click on the Tools menu, then Message Rules and then on Mail. Click on the Cancel button in the New Mail Rule window to access the Message Rules window, Click on the Blocked Senders tab to see all the addresses that have been blocked, Find the entry for the genuine email address, left click on it once and then click on Remove, Click on Yes and the em ail address will no longer be blocked.
