Doubts on box fans

I have a plate model AM2 Gigabyte GA-M56S-S3, with an AM2 3800 + dual processor, with 2 GB of, DDR2 667MHz RAM and an ATI 4670 graphics, with a source of 500W. Is a mounted in a box ATX GIGABYTE ISOLA 3134, which has two 12 mm fans?

The fact is that the bios are set up where "PC Health Status", there are some sections that say:

- System FAN Fail Warning
- System Smart FAN Control

If the first asset, it seems that the second should be down right? Because if that is not me doing error beeps at startup,

I have activated the second theory because it regulates the fan speed cash, as the temperature is reached.
The case is that when I turn on PC, the fan box, the Leeds will be lit, but not working. Obviously the system temperature is rather optimistic, and so I guess that is not activated.

If you restart Windows, it appears that the PC boots, but this time, the fans run at 500 rpm and not stop until you unplug the PC.

If the options “System Smart FAN Control”, as the frame off, then, the fans always run box at 1000 rpm and never stop. (It is assumed that in this case, there is a temperature management, and we are always active).

Anybody can explain me if this is right this way ...

The fact is that I just bought these new components, and wanted to make sure everything is correct, because the fact that my fans are standing box until I am almost well, so I hear less noise, and the total system temperature is similarly not as much land to force the PC.

Thanks and best regards.

The first is an alarm, and the second is like saying to automatically regulate the fan speed. What may be is that you have the settings for the alarm is activated by very low and it beeps, look to see what values are appropriate for your system and place them correctly.

I do not see exactly where it regularly.
Tem go regulated item to set off alarm bells from 60th, and always tem go all temperatures, below 35. Specifically the processor to 27 ° and the plate at 33 º

My biggest concern is whether it is normal that the fans stay safe always stopped until you restart the PC, for even a day, with the open box, tap one of the fans in the box with one finger, and this began to turns.
As I have said, if you put everything in "disable", simply because this wheel without any ceiling.

Although the temperatures are low the fans should not stand in any case.

Well I like. If I leave the option "System Smart FAN Control" on disabled, because when you turn on your pc, box fans always run at full speed, around 1000rpm.

But if the active option to turn on the PC, the box fans give a few turns, and starts up windows, remain unemployed, and unless you reboot the system or tap with your hand because it is not activated. Then get to 500rpm.

I see you have a Gigabyte board, no? The problem is that the plaque that mark is known to regulate fairly low RPM of the fans is something that is long already.

Well thank you very much for your contribution, because I've left a lot calmer.
So, I guess there is no alternative to turn off System Smart FAN Control, right?

Either that or buy a rhombus to regulate your hand from the front of the box. You could also try a program called Speed Fan, many people work for you, but I always gave me problems.

Ok. Speed FAN to try, and if not, let it be, because truth is giving me a bit like the issue of box fans, because if I do not think too useful. I believe that most miss with the sounds that make what I earn because of cooling.

What worried me was that I bought this board a week ago, and wanted to verify that it had no damage.

Thanks for the help.
