Hi

Crystal CPUID can do this from windows as the mother allows it, also makes changing the multiplier, but I try on my Intel D945GCNL and did not let me change anything.

Test disabling the EIST from bios, the other. It is likely that the voltage does not let you move beyond what you use the default processor (at least it happened to me when I came to use it ... if I wanted to leave it beyond 1.325v simply not applicable)

Greetings

Hey, why don't you try with RightMark CPU Clock Utility 2.35 , it will help on the fly adjustment of the cpu multiplier, voltage level and more. Hope it will help you.
