What the normal temperature for this processor in simple and under load. I was a little acceleration, when it was 43 in a simple, 59 loads (cooler Zalman 9700). BIOS reset, dispersal disappeared, but the temperature is almost not decreased - in a mere 41, 54, with load.

The temperature in the normal load, in which no simple, too! 54 degrees for it properly. You will most likely cooler so regulates speed, so the difference between acceleration and the nominal value is small.
