I’m thinking of getting the iBUYPOWER Gamer Supreme 975i from newegg but i want to know if i can get a better deal?

Build your own for half the price using a i7 920 clocked with a good cooler.

Should i use a liquid cooler or just go with fans.

If you plan on overclocking the hell out of it, liquid, otherwise fans should be good enough.

Seems like an awful lot of money for the system. You could probably purchase the components and assemble your own pc for a lot less money. It would also give you the freedom of choice to select different components if you want to.

Air cooling has improved quite a bit over the years. Depending on the configuration and components air cooling can be just as good as liquid cooling. The Cooler master HAF 932 case used in the iBUYPOWER system has excellent ventilation, airflow, and cooling capacity. Technical reviews have been very favorable.
