Default What about ATI best Crysis PC how to play at full potential / max fps

I'm building a new PC and I'm getting a 26" LCD monitor (resolution 1980? x 1280), windows 7 64-bit (or vista 64-bit) and I want to know how well or how much FPS do you think I can get in Crysis using:

    1. Phenom II X4 965 BE PCU
    2. Radon Evergreen 5xxx series GPU (1 or 2x using crossfire)
    3. Crysis 64-bit
    4. Crysis max graphics settings

I want to get 60fps (AT LEAST) but I'd like to get more if possible.
That has been said 2 years ago and is very untrue; I've seen people get 60, even 80 at most. If I crossfire 2 Radon 5xxx's and throw in a Phenol II 965BE I should be getting some pretty good fps. Also direct 11 should give some good assistance =]

How are we going to tell you how many frames per second you can expect with hardware this is not out yet? And on top of that you have a variable of 1 or 2 G Pus. You're going to wait a bit to see.

There is no point in building a rig for the sole purpose of playing Crysis with all the settings maxed out. You should be more inclined to build a rig that will play any game at any setting and still be able to get playable FPS. The game is just a CPU and GPU hog, just like GTA4.You need about 4k to get a system that can tame such games and still you will see a bit of lag every now n then regardless.
