While most of the netbooks have 512 MB to 1 GB memory. Some may even have the memory included in the motherboard, and some lets a single DIMM slot, where memory can be replaced. The maximum memory that can be putted in the normal netbook is of 2 GB and not more than that.

This netbook runs more of a notebook motherboard, so it has 2 DIMM slots, and a maximum memory of 4 GB. Though not required it does have a 4GB of memory.

Graphics

The Aspire 1410 uses the Intel GMA 4500MHD. This is a huge step up from the GMA900 that is used by most of the netbooks. The GMA 4500MHD have the capacity of playing Blu-ray movies in HD. The screen is 720p and has a built-in HDMI port. It’s a big advancement in the technology, it isn't up there with nVidia's or ATI's technology. It can’t play most of the modern games.
