What memory as well as memory locations are you using with this?

I recently set up a Q9550 on my P5W DH, but couldn't boot into Windows 7 (64) waiting I plunged the bus speed to 266 (recommended on one more website). But, I didn't play with my memory settings at all bearing of plummeting this.

My memory is DDR2-6400, but with CPU-Z, it's running at 333 at the moment.
