    Default CPU compatibility

I currently own a solid time figure out what CPUs are pleasant with my machine. I have been trying to locate the compatibility through my mother board but have been having an in fact hard time with it. I right now enclose an AMD Phenom 9550 and would like to support to a bit superior, even though I believe I'm going to be fairly inadequate outstanding to my computers DDR 2 RAM. What are my options for a superior processor/how do I leave about finding out? I have tried googling Pegatron as well as Pegatron Violet 3.02 but I haven't gotten any fortune.

    System specifications:

    2.20 GHz AMD Phenom 9550 Quad-Core CPU
    512 kBz primary memory cache
    2048 kB secondary memory cache
    2048 kilobyte tertiary memory cache
    64-bit ready
    Multi-core (4 total)
    Not hyper-threaded.

Wow....not at all listened to of Pegatron earlier to but after googling it, it appear it’s an outcome of Asus. odds are your probably not going to find out a microprocessor support listing for it but it may be capable to run a Phenom II X4 940 as its socket AM2+ (same as your 9550). But it may want bios update, which I doubt you'd be competent to path down with such a nonspecific board.

Yeah after some googleing Pegatron emerge to be a subdivision of Asus dedicated to motherboards... and I've been having a very solid time figuring out what I could perhaps promote to. If it assists the PC is an HP that I buyed a new casing a 260GTX along with a new-fangled PSU. But to the extent that a achievable progress list I can't find something anyplace.

It emerges like AMD puts out a new CPU or else new alteration almost on a daily basis. Chances are that you won't be able of support that CPU unless there are innovative BIOS notifies to sustain the newer processors. Phenom 9950 is perhaps your best gamble of compatibility, but that's only a 400 MHz gain, which is wholly not worth it.

Oh yeah, overlooked that portion. No 140W CPUs. Never get a 140W microprocessor from AMD. Only a handful of motherboards sustain them.

I wouldn’t depart as much as to declare never buy a 140w microprocessor from AMD, rather a few motherboards, yet in the lower end, sustain 140w CPU’s (such as the MA770T-UD3P).

I buyed the comparable motherboard. I enclose an AMD Athlon II x4 620 and it is not on the listing also. I purchased my computer with that CPU in it, so I don't think the list on the HP website is for choice.

I ran into a like complexity with my XP boot along with MSI P35 Plat motherboard.

Set off to your motherboard's downloads (don't make use of the drivers on Realtek's sites. as a least amount they didn't run for me) as well as get the most current drivers. MSI had a few dated Nov 19th. Save after that on your OS drive in their own folder as well as decompress the folder you downloaded. That mode you'll be equivalent to run the setup.exe or else "find" the exact driver files.

Go off into the BIOS as well as stop the included audio. Boot into Safe Mode as well as set off to add/eliminate as well as uninstall the Realtek program. Restart rear into safe mode. Set off into device manager, on the menu select the View/Show Hidden Devices as well as remove some of the audio/multimedia devices.

The Reason this take place is when you build up the drive there is a windows hot fix that mounts in the setting I have situated on the quicker computer if you click Next too early on the drive mounts previous to the hot fix. Causing it to not work.

Most Time I made use for system restore to right the trouble when it’s just take place.

I’m currently working on a computer now that’s had the complexity for long when I have a resolution I will post it.

I own a Realtek HD audio plus if I stop it in the bios I don't examine whichever audio device in the windows device manager plus I believe it's normal... but if I start it in the bios.... I make out the driver in windows but it won't uninstall it in the device manager, I have also tried the most newest Realtek driver WDM_R200.exe plus it don't work.... so far if I boot in safe mode it won't allow me to uninstall it, but if I deactivate it in the bios I just can't check up the audio driver in windows device manager.

Perhaps the most recent solution is to erase actually the file drivers but I don't recognize what to delete..... I have passed many hours to realize how to make my soundcard functioning.... What unsuccessful and I have a bad mood currently... I consider I will re-install windows once more...... it's what adds when you purchased all in one motherboard ... you don't pay much but it’s all scrap.

I own an Intel dq35jo motherboard with HD audio bus. Driver would not build up, awful file message at time of mount. I employed Michelin's post for the start of the process, but he left out the final, "obtain you computer with audio" as well as functioning HD audio device in the device manager step.

    The first steps:
Make a folder on your desktop called "backup" or else something you wish
Set off to the Start Menu as well as click on the run
Type "regedit" as well as click on OK
Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Expand SYSTEM, Expand CONTROLSET001
    Expand ENUM
In here you should make out a folder HDAUDIO
    Underline by clicking on
Go to File Export as well as save file to the folder you created on the desktop
Erase the folder in the regedit
    restart
Message will come out on start up that you have a misplaced driver.
Overlook this message as well as set up the driver that didn't work firstly, this worked after me.

I restored to an earlier date before I added a innovative driver but that didn’t generate several changes, but...replace to a earlier date but while in SAFE MODE worked! What’s the difference???
Why did it work from secure mode but not from usual???

My Sound Card mounted suitably in fact (after Windows restoration) but I couldn't play/hear a single sound from my computer like to it alleged over, after removing the registry folder as well as restarting. Trouble solved and everything is perfect now.
    Thanks a lot.

    Hello Friends.....

The vLockstep technology used by FT requires the physical processor extensions added to the latest processors from Intel and AMD. In order to run FT, a host must have an FT-capable processor, and both hosts running an FT VM pair must be in the same processor family. The following table shows which CPUs are compatible with FT and can be used toegther in an FT VM pair. If an FT cluster mixes multiple processor types, they must be able to work together as shown by a green circle

    Thanks
