Default Direction of Bottom-mounted PSU fan

I am very confused as to the direction people like to mount their PSUs. Suppose the PC case mounts the PSU at the bottom of the case and there's a model at the bottom, which direction do you mount your PSU?

In other words, you install this power supply fan in the face of it If sucking air, and then exhausted out of Back? Or, you install it, so that the power supply fan is facing from the outside, smoke out, and then exhaust gas back? Has anyone run the test, to observe its implementation better cooling conditions? I would think having it face up and sucking air out of the case would be better.

Do you really want to be pulled cooler air from outside the case to your power supply and out the behind. Your power supply will get very warm, if you are pulling hot air directly over your GPU in the other direction. This is why they are bottom of the case fan opening, and some of why their actions will the bottom of the power, so they are a little bit cooler.

It depends on your internal case temps to a few extents I guess. It possibly doesn't matter which way if your case temps are low, but if your case is getting warm, it'll be much better for the PSU to be getting ambient outside air.
