Thread: If you are sending a Word document to someone who has Word ‘97 and you have Word 2000

If you are sending a Word document to someone who has Word ‘97 and
you have Word 2000 what do you do to ensure they can open the
document?

If you are sending the document in mail to the person who is having word 2000 just say him to not to download that document, instead you say him to view as html and say him to copy that and save in the word 2000 document.
