Default Xigmatek Aegir SD128264 CPU cooler

Three years ago, saw the then unknown producer Xigmatek for a whopping surprise when his CPU Cooler HDT-S1283 models of established competitors, the substandard and low-speed itself achieved excellent results. The following models convinced though in terms of cost and performance, but a real high-flyer had more Xigmatek not in his squad. Even last year's top model Thor's Hammer was with his seven heatpipes hardly set the tone. Today, now occurs at the Aegir SD128264, for the heritage of theHDT-S1283 to claim.

Xigmatek used since its first models with a fixed schema, which in view of a character column as "SD128264" become a little confusing is. The "12" stands for the diameter of the fan, the "8" for the diameter of the heat pipes and the "2" for the number of heat pipes. Since the Aegir heatpipes with two different diameters are used, does the combination "64" four heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm.

And since "SD128264" even after the breakdown is not too memorable, the Antec has once again served in the Nordic mythology and its cooler known as the "Aegir" given. Aegir is one of the sea giants and became particularly well known as the brewer of the gods. While he was in Iceland known as the host and friend of the gods, other sources report that Aegir felt brewing beer as a humiliation. A hobby of the ill-tempered sea giants should also have been the destruction of ships. Thor's Hammer had promised to Aegir has now redeemed: Finally has Xigmatek again a real high flyer in the program, which CPU cooler of competitors dominates as it did the first version of the HDT-S1283.
