Hi all, I have an EVGA 780i motherboard, Q6600, and an Arctic Cooler 7 Pro HSF.In my BIOS I have myself set the fan speeds to 100% But when i boot into windows the fan speed keeps on changing? That's very annoying. Any suggestion?

Are you sure not it's the CPU fan? As some video card do. So better make sure.
