As for me it seems to be newbie before you do all those things allow me to tell you that the sandy bridge motherboards support graphic cards with built in gpu. You won’t be able to remove off the and make use of your own parts, and allow me tell you that there is nothing in the BIOS.

The motherboard will get the presence of the graphics card and directly disable the built in graphics. I advice that you do not make use of the BIOS to turn off the built in graphics. So if you ever have to draw the video card, you will not get to do anything but move the monitor cable to the motherboard connector.

If you insert a Sandy Bridge processor into a P67 motherboard, it just has to turns off the processor graphics. There are no BIOS setting to place it out of action the integrated Graphics. The Intel P67 Express Chipset does not remain Integrated Graphics. The P67 is just for those users that have for all time thinking to use a segregated graphics card or when you plug a different card.
