    Default Shock behind the CPU

I wanted to remove the n/w cable from the CPU and i got a shock which was not too small.. I used a tester ( screwdriver ) and the led glows when i touch the steel behind the CPU.

Please let me know why this happens and how i could avoid this. Also , is this bad for my PC.

    Regards ,
    John

    Hi,
What is n/w cable ? My suggestion please do not use the abbreviations as it is confusing some times and cause considerable delay in replies. Can you attach a picture of that part where you got SHOCK?
