Thread: I could not search environment sound processing on GB GA-990FXA-UDFive

I have GB GA-990fxa-UDFive CPU board and it is functioning well. But later few days I observed one trouble with my CPU board am having Logitech z906 5.1 home theater speaker. When I plugged 3.5 mm jack into the sound slot then I noticed that I only able to acquire stereo sound. I can not heard any sound from other three speaker (rear,sub,surround). I do not familiar what happened to my computer if you have any data about this then reply me

I observe you should first assure the link of jack .then open realtek sound manager and try the speaker if you are acquiring sound from just 2 speakers then alter the circumstances from 2.0 to 5.0.just a days realtek furnish you 7.0 speakers setting. Then try the speaker I believe your trouble automatically figured out because realtek just furnish auto detection methods

I believe you should assure the realteck sound manager and alter the adjustment as you need consorting to your speaker. If then too you are not acquiring any any sound from other speakers then it may be the driver trouble of your sound card. So get rid of the driver from system and reboot your system and then again reinstall that driver. It will assume hardly 15 min.

Hello ,few times it will depend upon compatibility with your OS. So first download the driver from official site which are compatible to your OS. If your trouble even not figured out then go to the closest service center of the gibibyte. Tell them about your trouble. If your CPU board below the warranty cover then they will figure out your trouble free of price.
